Here is what we propose to initiate the process...
Scoping Meeting to clearly identify the needs and requirements in as much detail as possible. This would result in the commencement of the website development. Once the website has been approved and made live we will offer 1 month of support pro bono which will consist of work to the website, content generation, social media support, graphic design and training.
At stage one, we would recommend building in some time to function test, along with aesthetics, to ensure your key target audience are on board with the site. This is especially important as we want to attract a number of different groups and their requirements are slightly different. Total Cost: x 2 groups of x 5 people each £1,200 per group
